Prenatal MOVEMENT

Every day is different throughout your pregnancy and every workout should shift to cater to your changing needs. This integrative approach combines prenatal yoga, barre, dance and Pilates to both strengthen and create space in your body. This sweet mixture of toning and surrender prepares you for birth and helps to ease your transition into life with your baby.

Postnatal MOVEMENT

Postpartum life brings about many bodily changes and challenges. Typically after four to eight weeks of healing, you will receive the green light from your doctor or midwife to begin exercising. This combination of post natal yoga, barre, dance and Pilates is specifically crafted to re-align your core and pelvic floor. Full body toning can alleviate post-partum depression and anxiety, improve back pain, breast feeding complications, incontinence and diastasis recti, separation of the abdominal muscles. Keeping you lifted and grounded during this time will allow you to better care for your body and your baby.
